38% O positive 7% O negative
34% A positive 6% A negative
9% B positive 2% B negative
- Are you Type O?
Type O donors are universal donors for red cells. Type O can be transfused to other people who have a different blood type.
- Are you Type A?
Type A is best used for platelet donations.
- Are you Type B?
Type B donors are needed for whole blood donations.
- Are you Type AB?
Not only is this blood type rare, but also it affords you the opportunity to be a Plasma Apheresis donor.
